Section 02Shipping Carriers

We work with UPS, FedEx, USPS, and DHL to ensure your order reaches you as efficiently as possible. We do not fix one carrier for all orders — instead, we select the carrier that best serves your specific location and delivery zone within the US.

Reliable nationwide coverage. Preferred for suburban and urban US deliveries.
FedEx
Fast and consistent. Often used for priority handling and larger packages.
USPS
Excellent for rural addresses and PO Boxes across all 50 states.
DHL
Used for select US regions where DHL provides the fastest route.

The carrier assigned to your order is chosen based on your delivery address to ensure the fastest and most reliable route to your door. You will receive your carrier name and tracking number by email once dispatched.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a direct link to monitor your shipment. You can also use our Track Order page anytime.

Please allow 24–48 hours after the dispatch email for the carrier's system to activate and display live tracking information.

Section 05International Shipping
Not Available — US Addresses Only

We are not currently shipping outside of the United States. Orders placed from international addresses will not be accepted or fulfilled at checkout. We apologize for the inconvenience and are working to expand our shipping coverage in the future.

If you are located outside the US and would like to be notified when international shipping becomes available, please contact us with your country and we will reach out when we expand to your region.

Section 06Delays & Exceptions

Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed. Occasional delays may occur due to:

  • Peak holiday or sale seasons (Black Friday, Christmas, etc.)
  • Severe weather or natural events affecting carrier networks
  • Carrier disruptions or unexpected volume surges
  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery address provided at checkout
  • US public holidays when carriers do not operate

We are not liable for delays caused by third-party carriers, but we will always assist you in resolving any shipping issues as quickly as possible.

Section 07Lost or Damaged Orders

If your order has not arrived after 15 business days from dispatch, contact us immediately and we will open a carrier investigation on your behalf.

If your item arrives damaged:

  • Photograph the damaged packaging and item immediately upon receipt
  • Email support@blackstonejackets.com within 48 hours of delivery
  • Include your order number and clear photos of the damage

We will arrange a replacement or full refund for all verified damage or loss claims. All shipments are insured for this reason.

Is shipping really free?

Yes — completely free on all US orders. No minimum spend, no hidden fees.

Do you ship internationally?

No. We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is not available at this time but is planned for the future.

Which carrier will deliver my order?

We use UPS, FedEx, USPS, or DHL — whichever best serves your specific US location. Your carrier is confirmed in your dispatch email.

Can I change my address?

Contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. Once dispatched, address changes cannot be made.

What if my order is late?

Contact us if your order hasn't arrived after 15 business days from dispatch. We will open a carrier investigation immediately.

Will I get a tracking number?

Yes. You'll receive a tracking number and link by email as soon as your order is dispatched. Allow 24–48 hours for it to activate.
