Hassle-free 30-day returns on all US orders. Items must be in original, unworn condition with all tags attached. Returns are only accepted for orders placed within the United States.

US Orders Only. Our returns and exchange policy applies exclusively to orders delivered within the United States. International returns are not accepted at this time.

Section 01Our Return Policy

You may return any standard US order item within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund or exchange. Items must:

  • Have been delivered to a US address
  • Be in original, unworn, and unwashed condition
  • Have all original tags and labels attached
  • Be returned in the original packaging where possible
  • Not show signs of use, alteration, or damage caused by the customer

Returns received after 30 days may not be accepted. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our conditions.

Section 02How to Return Your Order

Contact Us
Email support@blackstonejackets.com with your order number and reason for return.

Get Approval
We'll send you a Return Authorization (RA) number within 24–48 hours.

Ship the Item
Pack securely and ship to the US return address provided. Include your RA number inside.

Refund Issued
Once received and inspected, refund processed within 5–7 business days.

Important: Do not send returns without a Return Authorization number. Unauthorized returns may be refused or delayed.

Section 03Exchanges

We offer size and color exchanges within 30 days of delivery for US orders, subject to availability.

  • Follow the same return process above
  • State in your email that you'd like an exchange and specify the size/color
  • We'll confirm availability and ship the replacement once return is received

If the requested item is out of stock, we'll offer a full refund or store credit instead.

Section 04Refunds

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of us receiving the returned item.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable (unless return is due to our error)
  • Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility
  • Bank processing may add 3–5 additional days for the refund to appear
  • Credit card refunds may take up to 10 business days depending on your bank

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We'll arrange a free return and send a replacement or issue a full refund — your choice.

  • Include your order number and a clear description of the fault
  • We cover all return shipping costs for faulty or incorrect items

Returns are accepted for orders delivered within the United States only. International orders are not eligible.

How long do I have to return?

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return for any standard US order.
