Shipping Costs & Delivery Area

• Shipping Cost: Standard shipping is free on eligible orders shipped within the United States.
• Delivery Area: We currently accept and ship orders to delivery addresses within the United States only.
• Checkout: Any shipping charge, tax, or other applicable order cost will be displayed before the customer places the order.

Processing & Delivery Estimates

• Processing Time: Orders are normally prepared within 1–3 business days, Monday through Friday.
• Transit Estimate: After dispatch, delivery is generally estimated at 5–7 business days depending on destination and carrier conditions.
• Total Estimate: Processing plus transit normally results in an estimated 6–10 business-day window.
• Weekends & Holidays: Business-day estimates exclude weekends and applicable public holidays.
• Delays: Carrier disruptions, severe weather, address issues, peak-season volume, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control may extend delivery time.

Shipping Carriers & Tracking

We may use established shipping carriers, including DHL and FedEx, depending on the destination, shipment, and service availability.

Tracking: When tracking is available, shipment details are sent to the email address provided with the order after dispatch. Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and deliverable shipping address.

Address Changes & Delivery Issues

• Address Accuracy: Please review your shipping address before placing the order.
• Address Changes: Contact us as soon as possible if an address correction is needed. We cannot guarantee changes after an order has entered fulfillment or has been dispatched.

Lost, Delayed or Damaged Shipments
